ABOUT PRESERVES: JAMs have pieces of fruit in them. JELLY is clear, made with the juice of the fruit. FRUIT BUTTERS don't have any butter in them - by weight they have more fruit than either jam or jelly - they are a spread made of  slow cooked fruit, spices & sugar.

Award Winning Bruiseberry Jam is a wonderful combination of Olalah Berries & Blueberries.  Since the berries we use to make this Best in L.A. jam are Black & Blue, we call it Bruiseberry...cute huh!  It tastes delicious!  Bruiseberry Jam is a great artisan jam! Millicent's Preserves Pumpkin Butter

An explosion of Pumpkin Taste in your mouth! Millicent's Preserves Sweet Orange Marmalade

Bringing Sunshine to your palate, and to your table, all year long!  We make our Orange Marmalade in the British way - Not too sweet, and with plenty of rind. Love those Juicy Seville Oranges!  Orange Marmalade is great for breakfast or afternoon tea.  It's wonderful mixed with a little olive oil and brushed on your chicken half way through roasting, great in bread pudding and so many other recipes!

We love peaches.  And Millicent's Peach Preserves are the best peach preserves this side of paradise! Pomegranates are a really special fruit.  Full of flavor, not too sweet, anti-oxidant rich and great with sweet or savory dishes.  When folks taste our pomegranate jelly, they say WOW! that tastes like pomegranates.  We try not to gloat... Millicent's Preserves Apple Butter

There are a number of ways to make Apple Butter.  We think the best way is to use pure tart apples, a few carefully selected spices, sugar and long slow cooking. The way we do it, our Apple Butter is rich, dark, almost creamy.  And the flavor of the Apples! It's almost like spreading an apple pie on your bread. Fruit butters, including our Apple Butter, do not contain any dairy products.

For some people it's all about a loaf or bread, a jar of apple butter and a piece of cheese.  We agree!  Who knows...might even keep the Dr. away.

Apricots & Pineapples.  Two glorious, golden fruits.  We combine them to make a beautiful, happy jam.  It dances on your tongue, tickles your tastebuds and just makes you want to laugh.  Great just as it is.  But think of the possibilities! Spread it on your cake before frosting.  It particularly good with Carrot Cake. Use our Apricot Pineapple Preserves in your glaze for Easter Ham.  On Pork, Turkey, Chicken, Steak...even Tofu! Time to go break out a jar and have a spoonful...

Millicent's Preserves No Sugar Added Raspberry Spread
WOW! Delicious Raspberry Flavor! We use No added Sugar in our Raspberry Fruit Spread.  We don't use any artificial ingredients either.  Instead we include a little grape juice along with sweet, delicious raspberries picked at their prime. Great on toast, fabulous between cake layers, just wonderful by the spoon....

Millicent's Preserves No Sugar Added Sour Cherry Spread
OMG! Spread it on a slice of toast and enjoy the taste of a delicious slice of cherry pie...minus the calories & most of the sugar!  No artificial ingredients.  We use the same sour cherries that you love in cherry pie.  Then we add a little grape juice and some pectin to help the cherries jell.

Strawberry Jam is the most popular preserve in the United States.  So when we decided to add Strawberry to our line up - we wanted to make the very best Strawberry Preserve possible.  First, we took out the seeds. Our Strawberry Champagne Jelly is made using only the delicious juice of plump delicious California Strawberries.  Then we add one of our favorite ingredients ever - Champagne! After all, what goes together better than strawberries & champagne?

Kadota Figs are much more delicate in flavor...and we think more delicious....than other figs. So our Kadota Fig Jam is light, lovely, and ever so tasty.  A classic combination on a cheese tray served with Brie or Goat cheese.  So yummy

Millicent's Preserves Tomato Preserves
So unexpected! Old fashioned, yet very contemporary flavor. Great on toast. Millicent's Tomato Preserves also make a wonderful glaze for your meatloaf, super on grilled cheese and ooooh so good as a layer in your macaroni & cheese.  Tomato Preserves are great with cheddar cheese and with goat cheese - include some on your cheese tray at the next potluck - everyone will rave!
